第二十七届上海国际电影节
作为中国首个也是至今唯一的国际A类电影节，三十年来，上海国际电影节秉持着“立足亚洲、关注华语、扶持新人”的办节定位与引领性、国际性、专业性的办节理念，为中国电影事业和电影产业的发展产生了积极的推动作用。2025年上海国际电影节聚焦“新技术”“新视角”“新青年”，开展“SIFF ING青年新锐影像计划”，旨在挖掘新时代青年创作者的创作潜力与热情，为青年电影人提供更广阔的平台。
The 27th Shanghai International Film Festival
As the first and only international competitive feature film festival in China to this day, Shanghai International Film Festival(SIFF), upholding the philosophy centering around “Asia, Chinese Film, and New Talents” coupled with its mindset of being a pioneering, professional, and global event, has catalyzed positive contributions to the development of China’s film undertaking and industry. In 2025, SIFF focuses on “new technologies”, “new perspectives”, and “new youth”, and launched the “SIFF ING Section”. The aim is to tap into the creative potential and enthusiasm of young creators in the new era and provide a broader platform for young filmmakers.

即梦AI与2025 SIFF ING共同发起“AIGC单元”赛道，面向全球的青年创作者征集AI影像短片，鼓励AI在影视创作中的创新应用，探索兼具电影艺术价值与技术突破的精品内容。
Dreamina AI and 2025 SIFF ING jointly launched the “AIGC” track, soliciting AI short videos from young creators around the world, encouraging the innovative application of AI in film and television creation, and exploring high-quality content that combines film artistic value and technological breakthroughs.

作品要求
Work Requirements

1.成片时间:2024年1月1日至2025年4月21日
1.Filming time: From January 1, 2024, to April 21, 2025;

2.作品时长:1-20分钟，包含作品片头、片尾
2.Running time: 1 – 20 minutes (including the opening and closing credits);

3.作品类型:使用AI工具作为制作过程核心组成部分的短片，类型不限，AI工具不限
3.Genre: Video works that embrace various emerging AI tools as a core component of the making process; No restrictions on genre and AI tool;

4.字幕要求:对白、旁白和解说等须有中英文字幕
4.Subtitle: Subtitles in both Chinese and English are required for dialogue, voice-over, and narration;

5.质量要求:MOV或 MP4 高清格式，1080pHD(编码H.264)符合2K展映标准
5.Quality: The works shall be submitted in MOV or MP4 format, in high definition (1080p HD) using H.264 encoding, and comply with the screening requirements for 2K;

6.视频形式:不限横版或竖版
6.Aspect ratio: Either landscape or portrait orientation.

Selection Method
▪ SIFF ING“AIGC单元”初选： 综合画面美学、视听语言、人物与场景设计、情节与节奏、创新性五个维度进行评选30部候选作品
Preliminary selection of SIFF ING – AIGC: 30 shortlisted works are selected based on five dimensions, including visual aesthetics, audio-visual language, character and scene design, plot and rhythm, and innovation.

▪ SIFF ING“AIGC单元”终选：由专业评审导师评选6部入选作品，并在上影节期间最终评选2部荣誉作品
Final selection of SIFF ING – AIGC: 6 finalisted works will be chosen by professional review mentors, and 2 honorable works will be finally selected during the Shanghai International Film Festival.

Line-up of professional review mentors: The detailed list of mentors will be announced later by the officials of the Shanghai International Film Festival.

▪ 荣誉称号及荣誉颁发：6部入选作品将进一步评选出“最具创意作品”、“技术新锐作品”2部荣誉作品，6部作品都将在第二十七届上海国际电影节线下荣誉颁发仪式中获得官方荣誉授予
Honorary titles and award presentation: Among the 6 finalisted works, 2 honorable works, namely the “Most Creative Work” and the “Cutting-edge Technological Work”, will be further selected. All 6 works will receive official honors at the offline honorary award presentation ceremony of the 27th Shanghai International Film Festival.

▪ 荣誉红毯：入选作品的创作者可参加上影节闭幕式红毯暨颁奖典礼
Honorary Red Carpet: Creators of the selected works can participate in the red carpet event and award ceremony of the closing ceremony of the Shanghai International Film Festival.

▪ 线下放映：入选作品和创作者将参加上影节优秀短片市场放映活动与校园展映活动
Offline screenings: The selected works and their creators will participate in the screening activities of the Shanghai International Film Festival’s Outstanding Short Film Market and campus screenings.

▪ 行业资源：上影节期间与头部影视公司面对面沟通商业合作，并有机会获得业内顶尖专家的1V1创作指导
Industry resources: During the Shanghai International Film Festival, communicate face-to-face with leading film and television companies for business cooperation, and have the opportunity to receive one-on-one creative guidance from top industry experts.
